Helmer Adam Shankman will be a regular presence on "So You Think You Can Dance" this season.
Shankman will join the Fox show as a resident judge, alongside Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy, as of the Oct. 27 top 20 performance show. Shankman, who was a choreographer before seguing into his helming career, has been a guest judge on the hoofer competition series several times.
