Channel surfers should have no trouble finding one of the reality skeins produced by Paul Buccieri's ITV Studios. The company has 13 of them on eight networks, representing a diverse slate of formats, including "Hell's Kitchen" on Fox, "The First 48" on A&E and "Nanny 911" on CMT.

Buccieri was a reality vet before landing at ITV as its CEO and president in December 2007. One of his earlier successes was "Penn & Teller's Sin City Spectacular," which ran for about 30 episodes on FX in the late 1990s.

"It was an old-time variety show, very much in the vein of Ed Sullivan," says Buccieri, who also did "Home Invasion" with the eccentric magicians. "It was a great experience."

Buccieri is always on the lookout for the next big reality hit.

"There are concepts that haven't been done that are still out there," he says. "But it all comes down to execution. It's not just the concept, it's the execution of the concept that makes it successful."
