Describing it as a highlight, the fest said the country-rock band's performance would "give an insight into Costner's accomplishments besides filmmaking."
As for the fest's official competition, known as CineBlackSea, it focuses solely on films that have been produced in the Black Sea region.
A separate competitive international section showcases Women in Cinema, presenting feature films and documentaries directed by women.
Organizers are set to announce this year's lineup in the coming days.
