Earlier this week, Sony pushed back the release of Seth Rogen starrer "The Green Hornet" from July to the Dec. 17-19 weekend.
Sony already had one movie slated to open the same day, 3-D toon "The Smurfs." Studio is likely to move the kiddie pic elsewhere, considering Warner Bros.' 3-D animated pic "Yogi Bear" will unspool that weekend as well.
Disney teased fanboys with clips from "Tron Legacy" at Comic-Con this summer. The f/x heavy pic is considered both a reboot and a sort of sequel.
Mouse House slotted several other films, including Andy Fickman's "You Again," which opens Sept. 24, 2010.
"Secretariat" will open Oct. 8, 2010. The Diane Lane starrer is a biopic of Penny Chenery, the owner of Secretariat, who won the Triple Crown in 1973.
