Thesp will play a pharmaceutical company trainee instructor in the Fox drama written by Charles Randolph ("The Interpreter"), based on a novel by Jamie Reidy about a Viagra salesman. Pic co-stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway.
Filming begins at the end of September.
Greer has also been tapped to co-star in Fox's "Marmaduke," based on the comicstrip about a Great Dane. She'll play the mom of two kids who have a hard time controlling the dog.
Next up for Greer is "Love Happens," starring Jennifer Aniston and Aaron Eckhart. Universal pic opens Sept. 18.
