The skein, which stars Gabriel Byrne, Dianne Wiest and Blair Underwood, will air in a primetime slot on Sky Arts this fall.
The 43-parter, in which Byrne plays troubled Maryland shrink Paul Weston, is to be stripped weekly by Sky Arts. Monday to Thursday episodes will feature a session with a different patient, while Weston's weekly appointment with his own therapist, played by Wiest, will air on Fridays.
On Sunday, Sky Arts will broadcast an omnibus repeat of all that week's episodes.
The series, adapted from an Israeli original, has landed HBO two Emmys, a Golden Globe for Byrne and a Writers' Guild of America prize.
