Under the pact, Arnold will write and produce a half-hour laffer for Universal sister net NBC. Arnold may star as well, although the deal at the moment focuses on his development services. Arrangement is through his 2 Dog Limit production company.
Arnold created and starred in the sitcoms "The Tom Show" for the WB and "Tom" for CBS. More recently, he has guested on shows such as "ER," "Dirt" and "Law and Order: Criminal Intent," and starred in the telepics "A Christmas Proposal" and "Moonlight and Mistletoe."
Next up, Arnold begins a recurring role on FX's "Sons of Anarchy."
In features, Arnold just wrapped "Brothers Justice," alongside Bradley Cooper and Ashton Kutcher, and will also be seen in "The Year of Getting to Know Us" (with Sharon Stone and Lucy Liu) and the Fred Durst-helmed "Mr. Moose Gets a Gun."
Arnold also has just embarked on a standup tour -- his first in 20 years.
