Cabler has greenlit 12 half-hour episodes, plus a one-hour special. Production will begin in early 2010.
Skein, which spotlights Hugh Hefner's ex-g.f. Kendra Wilkinson, is a spinoff of E!'s "The Girls Next Door."
Wilkinson's June nuptials to Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett will be covered in E!'s Aug. 9 hourlong "best of" special.
"Kendra" is exec produced by Kevin Burns and produced by Prometheus Entertainment, Alta Loma Entertainment and Fox Television Studios.
