Film, which began shooting recently, also stars Gerard Butler, with "Hitch" helmer Andy Tennant directing.
Story, penned by Sarah Thorp, centers on a bounty hunter hired to retrieve his ex-wife (Aniston), who has skipped bail.
Neal Moritz is producing through his Sony-based Original Films shingle.
Baranski last appeared in "Mamma Mia!" and will next be seen as a series regular on "The Good Wife" on CBS.
