Dubbed "Daytime Gives Back," the segment will feature the three thesps as they help Feed the Children founders Larry and Frances Jones deliver food and items to the needy.
"All My Children" also plans to incorporate the trip into the sudser's storylines, involving Lucci's character, Erica Kane.
Lucci, Monaco and Geary will be joined by other celebs, including Montel Williams, Erik Estrada and Devon Werkheiser ("Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide").
Associated TV Intl., which is producing this year's Daytime Emmys, also plans to shoot a full-length documentary on the visit. The Daytime Emmys will air at 8 p.m. Aug. 30 on the CW.
