A producer, manager, teacher and director with 30 years' experience in theater, Eich most recently produced the world premiere of Mark Roberts' "Rantoul and Die" in Los Angeles' Lillian Theater.
He will manage all business and administrative duties for the Pasadena, Calif., institution, which has been a fixture of American theater since 1917.
