Imax taps Moss for COO

Exec assumes new gig on July 20

Imax has tapped Gary Moss for its newly created post of chief operating officer.

Moss, who served four years as COO of Concert Prods. Intl., will assume his new gig July 20 and will report to Imax CEO Richard L. Gelfond. Moss will oversee operations, lead business strategy and focus on integrating the international business units.

As of March 31, Imax had 371 theaters in 42 countries.
