Charlotte Caroline Mosko died Wednesday at her home in Bel Air, Md., following a brief illness. She was 85. Elmer Mosko died late Friday. He had been in failing health for some time. He was 86. Charlotte and Elmer Mosko were married for 61 years. They are survived by seven children and 24 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Monday at St. Margaret Church in Bel Air.
