Euan Morton will topline an industry reading of rock tuner "Caligula," which has its eye on a Broadway run.
Musical -- with book, music and lyrics by Eric Svejcar -- is a 1970s glam-rock incarnation of the story of the decadent Roman tyrant.
Chris Presley helms a cast that includes Autumn Hurlbert (from the "Legally Blonde" casting skein "The Search for Elle Woods"), Matt Bogart and Anastasia Barzee.
Tuner has previously been seen in Gotham as part of the 2004 New York Musical Theater Fest, in an outing that also starred Morton ("Taboo").
Rich Affannato produces in association with Meri Krassner. Reading is set for New World Stages July 13-14.
