Terrence Dwyer leaves Wild Woods for mixing gig

In a move to build up its sound business, Post Logic Studios has hired sound mixer Terrence Dwyer from his longtime post at Wild Woods. Dwyer, whose new title is director of audio/supervising sound mixer, brings several shows with him, including "Survivor."

Post Logic is owned by Prime Focus Group, the India-based conglom that owns facilities in Hollywood, New York, London and India. Despite the local post slump, Prime Focus is expanding, with a wide range of services.

Dwyer recently worked on "Dating in the Dark."

He told Daily Variety: "We're in a position of transition for post facilities. Tightening budgets have forced people to look around. I think loyalties have been broken."
