Series, starring Dennis Hopper and currently in production for season two in Albuquerque, N.M., will add Roberts as an entrepreneur hoping to bring a professional football team to L.A.
Others added to the cast include Dana Ashbrook, Linda Park, Jake McLaughlin, Tess Harper and Julie Warner.
The 13-episode new season will begin on Sept. 18.
