“Europeans” will play as part of a repertory season that includes a new production of Neal Bell’s stage adaptation of Emile Zola novel “Therese Raquin.”
PTP has made a habit of producing plays by Brit scribe Barker, including recent stagings of “No End of Blame” and “Scenes From an Execution.” “Europeans” centers on a military commander in Vienna in the 1600s, soon after a Turkish invasion.
“Europeans,” helmed by PTP co-a.d. Richard Romagnoli, and “Raquin,” directed by the other co-a.d., Jim Petosa, will run in alternating performances June 30-July 26 at Atlantic Stage 2.
