'Burn' steps to Broadway turn
Dance production gets 12-week run

Production features an international cast of 18 hoofers performing dances including waltz, jive, paso doble, samba and swing. Since bowing in the U.K. in 1999, "Burn the Floor" has played in more than 30 countries.
Jason Gilkison, a former world champion dancer who has been a guest choreographer on "So You Think You Can Dance," directs and choreographs the show.
"Burn" is produced by Joe Watson, Richard Levi, Richard Frankel, Tom Viertel, Steven Baruch and Marc Routh in association with Dance Partner Inc./Harley Medcalf.
Broadway run of the show, starting previews July 25, is set to open Aug. 2.
