Shakoor will be based in the Los Angeles office in support of West and East Coast Talent heads Meredith O'Sullivan and Amanda Silverman, and will work alongside senior publicists Heidi Slan and Melissa Stone.
Her clients include Jennifer Garner, Britney Spears, Emma Stone, Elisha Cuthbert, David Boreanaz and Sarah Roemer.
Shakoor joined BWR in 2002.
