More, who spent seven years at WMA, will bring his clients that include Mariska Hargitay, Chris Vance, Cicely Tyson, Claire Forlani, Jenny McCarthy, Sarah Wayne Callies ("Prison Break"), Kenny Hotz, Jonathan Silverman, Brian Benben, writers Craig Van Sickle and Steve Mitchell.
The move of Hargitay to Paradigm comes at a time when she and costar Chris Meloni are in tense talks with "Law & Order: SVU" producer Universal Media Studios over a new deal to continue with the show.
Before WMA, More had been a founding partner of More/Medavoy Management, which later became Talent Entertainment Group.
"Erwin shares the career-building philosophies that have long been a trademark of ours," Paradigm chairman Sam Gores said in a statement.
