Book details the exploits of the ultra-exclusive, invitation-only group of the world's most powerful movers and shakers who meet once a year to discuss world events. Past members include billionaire industrialist David Rockefeller, Bill Clinton and Tony Blair.
Deal gives Halcyon exclusive rights to all of Estulin's research material as well as his two sequel books. Estulin spent 14 years researching his original book.
Halcyon's film adaptation will be a fictionalized account of the Bilderberg Group's workings rather than a docu-drama re-creation.
No writer or director has been set for the project.
