Norman's directed interactive campaigns for Paramount Vantage, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and Sony Pictures. His work at Par included developing the first Google Gadget ad and in-banner ticket purchasing.
"The explosive growth of new-media vehicles such as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter shows how important digital communications has become in connecting people," said Tom Reno, 42West's chief operating officer.
Norman's based in 42West's New York office and will split his time between there and the firm's L.A. offices.
