Part of UCLA's New Creative Work fest, the toon gala will also feature a collection of animated student films.
Silverman, a UCLA alum, has also worked on such feature toons as "Monsters, Inc." and "Ice Age," and he's won four Emmys for the Fox animated series.
Fest will run June 5-13.
