Pic, written and directed by Jake Goldberger, revolves around a man who returns to his hometown to find that his ex-girlfriend isn't quite what he remembered.

Sales deal was negotiated by Lightning senior VP of acquisitions Joe Dickstein and Lightning corporate counsel Megan Holstein and Young.
Lightning also is shopping the Michael Keaton and Kelly McDonald starrer "The Merry Gentleman" at Cannes.
