Music Box will release both pics in the third quarter.
"North Face" is an adventure film set in 1936 about the competition to climb the Eiger massif, the most dangerous unclimbed surface in the Alps.
"Cloud 9," centered on a 67-year-old woman who rediscovers her sexuality, won an Un Certain Regard jury award at Cannes last year.
