Pic will be produced by Hans Lonnerheden and Malin Holmberg-Karim for Grata Film and One Tired Brother Prods. with Nordisk Film & TV Fund, Film i Skane and Europa Post as co-producers.
The budget is 21 million Swedish kroner ($2.7 million).
Pic starts shooting in the south of Sweden next week. Other cast include Swedish thesps Stefan Sauk, Tova Novotny, Peter Gardiner and Ulf Brunnberg.
The story is about four people whose fates intertwine on one day when the decisions they make will have life-shattering results.
Karim made his feature debut with "About Sara" in 2005.
