Oscar-winning d.p. Vilmos Zsigmond has been named Kodak cinematographer in residence at UCLA's school of theater, film and television.
The mentorship program kicks off with a screening of "McCabe and Mrs. Miller" May 11 at UCLA's James Bridges Theater and will continue through the school's spring quarter.
Zsigmond joins the list of past resident lensers including Conrad Hall, Roger Deakins and Laszlo Kovacs.
