Disney has picked up the workplace comedy "Boss," for Scott Rudin to produce.
Spec script by Tony Lord and David Cohen, revolves around a 21-year-old who becomes his father's boss.
Lord, a co-producer on DreamWorks' "The Heartbreak Kid" and Cohen, a former development exec for Mike Ovitz's APG, have previously sold their scripts "Head Games" to Universal and "Black Sabbath" to Summit Entertainment.
They have also penned pilots for NBC and Fox.
"Boss" is the latest in a string of comedies that Rudin, known more for his dramas, has recently set up at Disney, where his production shingle is based.
He also has the synchronized swimming laffer "Sychronicity" and "Hours of Fun" in development at the Mouse House.
