The shingle has also upped Andy Lennon to chief financial officer and bumped up Miranda Wang to VP of business and legal affairs.
Danska moves to RDF from E! Entertainment, where she launched series such as "Snoop Dogg's Father Hood" and "Taradise" as VP of talent, development and casting. The exec had been with E! and Style since 2004, bringing in talent such as Kimora Lee Simmons and Ben Lyons.
At RDF, she'll be charged with creating and developing nonscripted fare for both broadcast and cable. She'll report to RDF Media USA chief exec Chris Coelen and work out of the company's Santa Monica office.
"Jenn's skill set is very unique," Coelen said. "She combines a keen eye for talent, deep relationships in the community and incredible creative instincts."
Danska joins a team that includes Greg Goldman, Claire O'Donohoe, Mike Duffy and Sara Hansemann on the West Coast and Lauren Gellert, Charles Tremayne and Kevin Duncan in New York.
Shinnick, meanwhile, handles production facilities in Los Angeles and runs RDF's post-production facility. He joins RDF from Painless Prods. and reports to RDF Media USA chief operating officer Tony Yates.
Wang oversees business and legal matters on RDF USA's TV productions, advising the company's offices on development, risk management and production matters. She reports to RDF Media USA prexy-general counsel Kirk Schenck.
As for new CFO Lennon, who reports to Coelen, he will handle the day-to-day financial operations for RDF Media USA and collaborate with others in drawing up business strategies.
