Pairing married couple Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott has worked well for NBC Universal cabler Oxygen, and the net announced at its upfront last week that it has greenlit a new show in which the two would host, "Mr. and Mrs. Makeover." They're also in negotiations to star in a telepic.
In addition, Spelling will produce web-only content for Oxygen tied to her new book, "Mommyhood."
