Lifetime receives Epic Award

Network honored for public service campaign

Lifetime's public service campaign Every Woman Counts has earned an Epic Award from the White House Project.

Epic Awards honor those who represent positive representatives of women's leadership. Lifetime network president Andrea Wong will receive the award from Epic Awards co-chair Geraldine Laybourne.

White House Project will also honor retired Chief Judge Judith Kaye, the first woman to serve on the New York Supreme Court, and Voto Latino.

Event takes place Monday at the United Nations in New York.
