Jerry Bruckheimer has elevated Michael Singer to the post of vice president of marketing and publicity for Jerry Bruckheimer Films and Television.
Singer, who had been manager of marketing and publicity, will play a greater role in coordinating internal marketing and publicity matters, and interfacing with the marketing departments of the companies that distribute Bruckheimer-generated film and TV series.
He continues to serve as unit publicist on many Bruckheimer-produced films, most recently on “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice,” and the recently completed “Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.”Before joining Bruckheimer, Singer worked in the publicity departments of Paramount, UA and Fox.
