BRUSSELS -- Fifteen features share $6.42 million in the latest round of European co-production aid from Eurimages.

Pics receiving funds include Cristi Puiu's followup to "The Death of Mister Lazarescu," which took Un Certain Regard honors at Cannes in 2005. The Romanian helmer collects $343,000 for "Aurora," produced with French, German and Swiss partners.

Silvio Soldini ("Bread and Tulips") picks up the most coin, with $686,000 for Italo-Swiss pic "Cosa voglio di piu."

And Ulrich Seidl ("Dog Days") collects $467,000 for "Paradies," an Austro-Franco-German co-production.

Two animated features found favor, "Thor -- The Edda Chronicles" from Gunnar Karlsson and Toby Genkel, and "Alois Nebel" by Tomas Lunak.

Selection also helps launch several feature debutants, such as Brit short helmer Alicia Duffy.
