Based in Century City, Goldberg will assume a newly created position in which he'll be charged with developing and producing shows for the MTV Networks channel's TV Land Prime block.
He'll report to Keith Cox, exec VP, development and original programming for the net.
While working for Seacrest, Goldberg is credited with creating and producing E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and "Denise Richards: It's Complicated," as well as NBC's "Momma's Boys" and MTV's "Bromance."
Prior to joining Seacrest, he was VP of alternative programming for the WB Network in a tenure marked by the launch of "Beauty and the Geek."
