DreamWorks has acquired an untitled college-set comedy script by newcomer scribe Chris McCoy.
Double Feature Films partners Stacey Sher and Michael Shamberg will produce.
Script is the second to be set up for McCoy, whose "Get Back" is being produced by Anonymous Content. He worked on Francis Coppola's short story magazine Zoetrope: All Story, and his first novel, "Scurvy Goonda," will be published this fall by Knopf.
Sher and Shamberg are prepping for the start of production next month on CBS Films' "Crowley," to be directed by Tom Vaughan and star Brendan Fraser, Harrison Ford and Keri Russell.
