ABC and ABC Studios are said to be moving forward on a laffer from Acme and sitcom vet Jeff Strauss that looks at marriage and parenthood through the eyes of three different couples. Acme principles Mindy Schultheis and Michael Hanel will exec produce with Strauss.
CBS is taking a shot at "Good Girls," a multi-camera femme buddy comedy from CBS Paramount Network TV and Ashton Kutcher's Katalyst banner about two childhood friends who try to reinvent themselves after making some youthful mistakes. Sherri Bilsing-Graham and Ellen Kreamer wrote the script and will exec produce with Kutcher and Katalyst's Karey Burke and Jason Goldberg.
NBC has OK'd an untitled multi-cam family comedy revolving around adult siblings from scribe Justin Adler, Sony Pictures TV and Tantamount. Adler and Tantamount's Mitch Hurwitz, Eric Tannenbaum and Kim Tannenbaum will exec produce.
