CBS, ProSiebenSat.1 extend deal

Package includes '90210,' 'Harper's Island'

BERLIN — CBS Paramount Intl. Television has extended its licensing deal with European broadcasting group ProSiebenSat.1.

Covered in the agreement are a number of new shows, miniseries and TV movies coming soon to the group’s German webs, including "90210" and mystery skein “Harper’s Island.”

ProSiebenSat.1 already carries hit CBS shows such as “Navy CIS” and “Numb3rs” on its Sat.1 web as well as “Medium” on Kabel Eins.

ProSiebenSat.1 has similar long-term agreements with nearly all the major Hollywood studios and production groups, including Sony, Disney, Warner, MGM, Lucasfilm, DreamWorks and local players Constantin, Tobisfilm and Kinowelt.
