L.A.-based corporate communications firm Principal Communications Group has formed a strategic alliance with Dan Abrams' Gotham-based Abrams Research Group.
Announcement was made by PCG managing partners Paul Pflug and Melissa Zukerman and Abrams, the TV news personality who is the chief legal analyst for NBC News and MSNBC.
Abrams Research, which launched in the fall, is a media strategy firm that contracts with a network of media professionals to provide insight, data and research. Network includes bloggers, current and former TV journalists and print editors.
Under the terms of the partnership, Principal Communications -- whose client list includes studios and production companies -- and Abrams Research will work together to provide clients with a comprehensive range of services.
The two firms will, however, take separate fees.
