Sony's Will Smith starrer 'Hancock' is on this year's Starz slate.
Sony Pictures Entertainment has extended its distribution agreement with Starz, with the premium cabler having exclusive pay TV rights to Sony theatricals through the latter part of the next decade.
In addition to exclusive rights to air Sony pics on all its platforms, Starz secured rights to talent interviews and various behind-the-scenes materials tied the films.
This year, Starz will enjoy a Sony slate that includes "Step Brothers," "You Don't Mess With the Zohan," "Pineapple Express" and "Hancock." The previous pact expires in 2013.
