The farcical "Krod Mandoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire" - a kind of spoof on hourlong syndie action-fantasy skeins with umlauts punctuating its vowels - premieres Thursday, April 9 at 10 p.m.
Also previewed was the long-awaited "Important Things with Demetri Martin," which included twentysomething observational-comic star Martin breaking out his trademark flipcharts and pointer.
Presented data included Martin's idea for a "baby silencer," a device that muzzles infants on planes. The Gotham-based comic also indicated his target aud - the entire U.S.
"If we get a third of that, that will be about 100,000 viewers, and that will be OK," he noted.
Series premieres Wednesday, Feb. 11 at 10:30 p.m.
