An appellate court dismissed the final portion of the case Tuesday after a state court had thrown out four of Snyder's six claims in April.
Snyder claimed that he was never paid for helping Bronfman cook up the $2.6 billion takeover of Warner Music from Time Warner. The deal closed in 2004.
Bronfman's attorney, Orin Snyder, called the suit "a work of fiction" and labeled the outcome "a complete victory."
