Arcana picks up 'Paradox'

Studio to adapt Gage's comicbook series

Arcana Studios is developing a feature version of the comicbook series “Paradox,” which centers on a police detective using unorthodox methods of investigation in a world powered by magic.

Aaron L. Gilbert of Bron Management and Sean P. O’Reilly of Arcana Studios produce.

Christos Gage, who wrote Arcana Comics’ three-issue limited series, also penned the script with Ruth Fletcher Gage.

The Gages previously wrote “The Breed” for Sony and worked on “Law and Order: SVU.” Christos Gage has also penned comicbooks “Deadshot” for DC Comics and “Union Jack” and “Avengers: The Initiative” for Marvel.
