Nonfiction programming shop 44 Blue Prods. has announced the addition of former "The Bachelor" producer Lisa Knapp as head of development while making several key promotions.

Reporting to company co-owner Stephanie Drachkovitch, Knapp will handle series development and format acquisition, as well as oversee the strategic aspects of program development.

Meanwhile, 44 Blue announced four promotions: Stuart Zwagil has been upped to senior VP, overseeing production management and operations; David Hale has been promoted to head of current programming; Juanita Mitchell moves from accounting manager to controller; and Monica Logan from exec assistant to development coordinator.
