Based on Italian film "L'uomo perfetto," pic follows a woman's plot to break up the marriage of her two friends. Colleen McGuinness is adapting the script.
Chelsom directed the Miramax romantic comedy "Shall We Dance?" and is in post on "Hannah Montana: The Movie."
Denise Di Novi, Alison Greenspan, Mark Gill and Robert Katz are producing, with Gill's Film Department fully financing. Greenspan and Di Novi are also producing McGuinness' comedy "Not Our Class, Dear," which the scribe is also helming.
