NBC renews 'Martha Stewart Show'

Syndicated series returning for fifth season

NBC Universal has renewed syndie gabber "The Martha Stewart Show" for a fifth season, despite an average household rating that has hovered in the 0.7 range this season.

Series has been cleared for fall '09 in 60% of the country, with NBC stations in major markets including New York, L.A. and Chicago picking it up.
