Layoffs will be spread across its TV, motion picture and home entertainment divisions, though specific cuts were not revealed.
Peace Arch Motion Pictures nabbed the Jean-Claude Van Damme comedy "JCVD" out of the Toronto Film Festival, which has grossed $337,000 since November 7. Other pics still in the pipeline include Paul Dano-starrer "Explicit Ills" and Hollywood satire "The Deal," starring William H. Macy. Company owns a library of over 1,000 titles.
On the TV end, Peace Arch found some success in producing "The Tudors," which has run for two seasons on Showtime. The cabler will preem season three on April 5.
