The Duplass brothers will make their studio directing debut on the pic, formerly known as "Safety Man," from a script they penned.
Story centers on a recently divorced man (Reilly) who meets the woman of his dreams (Tomei). She has a teenage son (Hill) who has no interest in sharing his mother with a new man.
Scott Free is producing. Shooting is skedded to begin in January.
Reilly has two films awaiting release: Universal Pictures' "Cirque du Freak" and Focus Features' "9."
Hill is shooting the next Judd Apatow directing vehicle, "Funny People," with Adam Sandler and Seth Rogen. He's also aboard to write, produce and star in a bigscreen adaptation of TV show "21 Jump Street" for Sony.
Tomei most recently co-starred in "The Wrestler" opposite Mickey Rourke.
The Duplass brothers, who previously helmed the Sony Pictures Classics release "Baghead," are in post-production on indie comedy "The Do-Deca Pentathlon."
