The service, known as TV Series, will allow subscribers to view full episodes of series including "Desperate Housewives," "Lost" and "Ugly Betty" on demand for $6.40 a month in standard definition, and $7.70 a month in high definition.
"With the brand new TV Series service, we're putting control in the hands of the viewer in how and when they catch up on their favorite shows," said Rob Gilby, senior VP and managing director for Disney-ABC Intl. Television. "This reflects our continued commitment to expanding the reach of our content across multiple platforms."
