Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft exec director Adrianne Pecotic said Thursday’s action was necessary because the ISP ignored repeated notices identifying thousands of illegal file transfers of pics including “Happy Feet” and “I Am Legend.”
The action was filed in the Federal Court of Australia. The proceedings will be back before the court on Dec. 17.
