'Photograph' wins at Taiwan fest

Indonesian film takes Netpac award

Indonesian drama "The Photograph" won the Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema (Netpac) award at the 45th Golden Horse Film Festival in Taiwan.

Netpac nod adds to the film's kudos haul. Pic, helmed by Nan Triveni Achnas, about life as an escort in Indonesia, took home the special jury prize at the Karlovy Vary Film Festival in the Czech Republic in July.

Separately, the Golden Horse fest, which wraps Friday, announced three animation prizes. Russian film "Lavatory-Lovestory" won for animated film. Danish toon "Office Noise" and Korean short "Stop" picked up the jury prize and audience choice award, respectively
